Tube Tech manufactures and supplies Cupro Nickel Fin Tubes fin tubes with excellent dimensional control, mainly for corrosive atmosphere & sea applications. We manufacture Cupro Nickel Fin Tubes in both 90/10 & 70/30 metal combinations as per the requirements.

Cupro Nickel alloys exhibit excellent resistance to impingement attack. These alloys ares suitable for Marine Condenser Fin Tubes, especially where higher water velocities are encountered and offer best resistance to impingement attack and to corrosion from most acids and waters.

Cupro Nickel fin tubes are fabricated in alloy C 70600 / C 71500 to meet the chemical, mechanical and other test parameters of ASTM B 111 / B 359. BS EN, JIS and DIN standards are also available on request.

  • Cupro Nickel fin tubes with fin density other than mentioned in the above chart can be produced on request.
  • Cupro Nickel Fin Tubes are supplied in the “as finned” condition. However, temper annealing OR end annealing can be done on request.
  • Cupro Nickel Fin Tubes are generally produced with desired plain ends, tubes can also be fabricated with intermediate landings upon specific request.
  • Cupro Nickel Fin Tubes are produced in straight length up to 10 Meters. Bigger lengths can be accommodated on request.
  • Cupro Nickel Fin Tubes are supplied with deburred / smooth ends
  • All the tubes are hydro tested at desired pressure after finning operation to ensure defect free products.
